FIELD: bridges.

SUBSTANCE: method for dismantling an arch bridge includes preliminary arrangement of temporary access roads to the places of concentration of temporary pylon supports provided on both sides of the bridge in the zone of contact between the bridge arch and the ground section. Then the foundations are prepared for each temporary pylon support and the pavement is dismantled in the area of the arched elements. Temporary pylon supports are installed on the prepared foundations, and anchors are arranged on the coastal parts with a pile field. Next, a cable-stayed extradosed system is installed with anchoring on the anchor and on the arched elements, and two guys are installed on each of the arched elements. Next, the arched elements are jacked up on the one selected side of the bridge arch and the central hinge-lock of each arched element of the three-hinged arch is sequentially released. Then, from the opposite side, by means of a jack, the arched elements of the semi-arch are successively lowered one by one until they are completely lowered, first from one side, then from the other. Lying arched elements are dismantled for disposal, and temporary pylon supports and anchors are dismantled.

EFFECT: simplification of arch bridge disassembly.
