FIELD: cleaning.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of flushing a pipeline system and can be used in mechanical engineering and other industries for maintenance of power hydraulic systems of machines and mechanisms. Unit comprises a filter, connecting fittings, flexible hoses for connection to the hydraulic system, and a storage container filled and emptied by means of the tank of the serviced hydraulic system and the pump of the unit in conjunction with the standard pump of the hydraulic system. An ejector is mounted in the bottom of the storage tank, configured for the underwater nozzle tube to be moved in the axial direction. In the leftmost position of the nozzle tube, with the spools of the distributor are set to neutral, the liquid from the tank of the hydraulic system is pumped by the standard pump of the hydraulic system through a fine mesh filter into a storage container, configured for the residual liquid in the tank to be cleared by moving the hose nozzle along the bottom when the pump of the unit is in operation. In the middle position of the nozzle tube, the liquid is collected from the storage container into the tank of the hydraulic system. In the rightmost position, the liquid is collected from the tank of the hydraulic system with drainage into the same tank, bypassing the storage container. The lead to the nozzle tube is connected either to the drain line of the pump of the hydraulic system via an ejector, or from the pump of the unit via an ejector and a fine mesh filter. The suction lines are connected: for the pump of the unit, to the storage container via an air separation tank; for the standard pump of the hydraulic system, to the tank of the hydraulic system, and the side pipeline of the ejector is connected to the bottom of the tank of the hydraulic system via a coarse mesh filter and a flexible hose. The flow outlet from the ejector mounted in the bottom of the storage container is connected in two directions via a lower air separation tank: from below, to the inlet branch pipe of the pump of the unit; from above, for drainage into the tank of the hydraulic system via a second flexible hose. The ejector is selected depending on the flow of the standard pump.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of cleaning of the hydraulic system.
