FIELD: hydraulic systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit for flushing and diagnosing hydraulic systems. The unit for flushing hydraulic systems comprises a filter, a pump, an ejector, a throttle valve, connecting fittings, flexible hoses for connecting to a hydraulic system, which are used to fill, empty a container and clean liquid using a serviced hydraulic system tank, whereas a throttle and a pressure gauge are installed in front of it in the discharge hydraulic system pump line, with its output connected through a flow meter to the hydraulic system tank, a drain pipeline and a flexible hose; cutting into the discharge line, before entering the throttle, of two parallel pipelines with a common outlet to the hydraulic system distributor through a flexible hose, on the first of them a valve and a flow meter for small leaks in the distributor spools are mounted, on the other one, a valve, a check valve and a flow meter are mounted; a valve is installed in the intake line of the unit’s pump, which connects its container to the pump at a ratio of the hydraulic system pump to the unit pump of 1:1, at a ratio of 2:1, when flushing the hydraulic system actuating units, the valve connects the hydraulic system tank to the unit pump through the intake pipeline of the ejectors, coarse filter and flexible hose; an additional ejector is installed in series with the first one with a parallel connection to it to the throttle valve to create the necessary flow from the unit’s pump and adjust it in excess of the flow of the hydraulic system pump when flushing the components and mechanisms of the hydraulic system, controlled by flow meters, whereas the flow of excess fluid is created on at the inlet to the pump of the hydraulic system, and a vacuum is created at the outlet from it, which prevents the mixing of contaminated fluid with clean fluid in the hydraulic system tank; providing rubber pipe tips from the lower end with serrations for the passage of clean liquid into the tank and from the tank, as well as for high-quality cleaning of the tank from contamination during its washing; installation of units A and B for liquid purification, with serial connection – block B then A – or separate connection, each units consists of three parallel connected lines blocked at the inlet and outlet and connected respectively to the pump of the unit and to the tank or to the hydraulic system tank or simultaneously, each equipped with a tap, a bypass valve with a bypass to a free line, a cleaning filter up to 1 micron in unit A and up to 5 microns in unit B, a contamination control pressure gauge before and after each filter and a check valve; the flow passes through one line, the other two are blocked, when the valve is bypassed from filter contamination in the open line, part of the flow is redirected to the free line through the cleaning filter, with filter contamination equal to 100% in the open line and some in the free line, it can also actuate the bypass valve, activating the third line, whereas the valve of the second line opens, and in the first line it closes with the replacement of the filter element, so the flow sequentially passes through the lines through the filters with the transfer of the untreated liquid to the free lines for cleaning.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning, flushing of hydraulic systems and maintenance of their units.
