FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic systems flushing and diagnostics. Installation for flushing and diagnostics of hydraulic systems, containing flexible hoses 1-4 with possibility of connection of installation to tank 5 of hydraulic system 8, three-position distributor 6 and pump 7, tank 9 of installation with liquid level indicator 10, air separation tank 11 with check valve 12 with operation adjustment, fine filter 13 and ejectors 14 and 15 arranged in series, before which safety valves 16 are installed with possibility of liquid draining when actuated before valve 35 of fine filter 13, wherein valve 35 is configured to discharge fluid when actuated in front of valve 17 and air separation tank 11 with possibility of connecting additional flows of first ejector 14 through valve 17 with hydraulic system tank 5 or with vessel 9 of the installation with the possibility of connecting second ejector 15 with a hydraulic system tank 5 to ensure continuous flushing with cleaning of the latter, wherein ejectors 14 and 15 are oriented towards the flow from the hydraulic system pump 7; lower part of air separation tank 11 is connected by pipeline and flexible hose 2 with upper end of pipe 18, as well as with intake pipe of pump 7 of hydraulic system through tip 20 and throttle valve 25 through flexible hose 29, second end of flexible hose is connected to hydraulic system tank 5 with open throttle valve; the upper part of air-separating tank 11 is connected through check valve 12 by the pipeline to the upper part of tank 9 of the installation with the throttle valve closed; plant is additionally equipped with throttle 30 and pressure gauge 31 installed before throttle 30, flow meter 32 after throttle 30 and distributor 22, which is made with possibility of connection with hydraulic system tank 5 and flow meter 33 by parallel connection before throttle 30 and draining into hydraulic system tank 5 through hydraulic system distributor 6 through flexible hose 3, as well as valve 36 installed in parallel to the throttle in front of flow meter 33 and valve 37, connected to pipeline 28, which is connected through flexible hose 3 to the hydraulic system distributor 6 and through check valve 34 with distributor 22.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning, flushing of hydraulic systems and their servicing with diagnostics.
