SUBSTANCE: processing machine includes a processing module equipped with a tool holder and a workpiece holder, as well as an optical measuring device for three-dimensional measurement of the position of the tool holder relative to the workpiece holder, where the optical measuring device comprises an optical system with an imaging system mounted on the workpiece holder, and a three-dimensional target mounted on the tool holder and containing a working face forming a positioning base, which can be located on the optical axis (O) of the optical system. The working face contains the first structure forming a flat base face, which is divided at least into the first section, the surface of which is reflective in accordance with the first reflection parameters, and the second section, the surface of which is reflective in accordance with the second reflection parameters, which differ from the first reflection parameters, and a second structure containing a face tilted relative to the specified flat base face. The specified optical system contains the first shooting system and the second shooting system, and the difference between the focal length of the second shooting system and the focal length of the first shooting system lies in the interval between the minimum distance and the maximum distance separating the base face from the tilted face, and the optical measuring device is made with the possibility of determining, in one stage of shooting the target by means of an optical system, the position in three-dimensional space of the workpiece holder relative to the tool holder.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of three-dimensional determination of the relative position of objects in one stage of shooting.
