FIELD: medicine; operative gynecology; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: site of the mucosal lesion is marked with an indent of 2 cm from the pathological focus. Using the hydropreparation method, a longitudinal mucosal flap is cut out as a single block, proximal to the external opening of the urethra with an indent of 2 cm from the nearest pathological area, the vaginal mucosa is dissected. The flap is separated as a single block without violating integrity, then the vaginal defect is sutured with looped interrupted sutures in the form of a “cross”, while two sutures are placed transversely along the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina, then the remaining sutures are applied longitudinally.
EFFECT: method improves postoperative rehabilitation of patients, reduces hospital stay, helps to avoid complications (narrowing of the vagina), helps to avoid radiation brachytherapy, and antitumor medicinal product therapy.
