SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a guide for navigational surgery on zygomatic implants for dentures. A guide for navigational surgery on zygomatic implants for dentures comprises a first half-sleeve and a second half-sleeve connected by a pair of planks. Half bushings and slats form a common longitudinal median axis. The half sleeves have a semicircular cross section with mutually opposite concave surfaces directed towards the median axis. Half sleeves and strips form a seat into which it is possible to insert a working element. The working element is configured to move along the median axis and rotate around the rotation axis coinciding with the median axis. The first semi-sleeve is located in the alveolar process of the upper jaw with a vestibular concavity. The first half sleeve determines the vestibular-palatal penetration. The second half sleeve is located in the zygomatic region. The guide contains stabilizing flanges adapted to ensure fixation of the guide to the bone part. Stabilizing flanges provide fixation of the guide in the palatal region and zygomatic fossa. Fixation is effective by fixing screws or pins inserted into the holes provided respectively in the upper jaw.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to accurately guide the drill passes for creating an implant bed and inserting a pre-designed implant into the bone bed, as well as to provide a surgical guide having close resting bone contact provided individually for each patient.
