The packet control protocol embedded in the MWBNIC advances, fetches, compares, and removes packets from the cache when the device is in motion and establishes a connection with a mechanism for determining the bandwidth in nodes, a mechanism for switching frequency, and a predefined set of connectivity data that provides connection to the modem in motion.
