FIELD: rings magnets.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing ring magnets of the 25X15K grade by additive technologies for use in instrument making. The method for making magnets includes the use of an atomized powder of a hard magnetic alloy grade 25X15K with a dispersion of less than 80 mcm, which is melted by the method of selective laser melting according to the designed CAD model of the magnet, varying the laser power in the range from 191 to 199 W, the layer scanning speed from 500 to 1100 mm/s, temperature inside the laser spot from 2500 to 2750°C, and each layer is spread with a ceramic blade.
EFFECT: making a permanent magnet with a residual induction of at least 1.3 T, a coercive force of at least 45 kA/m, a maximum energy product of at least 40 kJ/m3 and a product yield of more than 95%.
