SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing powder magnetic hard alloys based on the system Fe-Cr-Co hard magnetic alloys. The original powder mixture containing iron, chromium and cobalt is prepared by melting metal ingots of iron, chromium and cobalt in an atomizer and gas atomizing the melt to obtain a spherical powder. From the obtained spherical powder, a spherical powder with a fineness of not more than 80 microns and a spherical powder with a fineness of more than 80 microns are isolated, which are subjected to jet grinding to obtain a fragmentation powder with a fineness of not more than 80 microns. Then the resulting spherical and fragmented powders with a fineness of not more than 80 microns are mixed. Consolidation of the prepared initial powder charge is carried out by the method of selective laser fusion. A spherical powder with a fineness of not more than 80 microns is mixed with a fragmentation powder with a fineness of not more than 80 microns in a ratio of 1:1 or 4:1.

EFFECT: invention provides the production of hard magnetic powders from alloys of the Fe-Cr-Co system with a yield of more than 90% of a usable product and the possibility of using the resulting powders in additive manufacturing.
