FIELD: bitumen.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bituminous emulsions used in seamless sprayed waterproofing of surfaces, as well as road construction. A modified bitumen emulsion for producing coatings is proposed, comprising bitumen, an aqueous solution of an anionic emulsifier from salts of higher fatty acids saponified with alkali, where the modifier is water-silicone, alcohol-silicone, water-acrylic silicone or alcohol-acrylic silicone dispersion or their mixture at a content of components, weight parts: 45-60 bitumen, 40-55 water, 1-5 higher fatty acids, 0.3-0.7 alkalis and 2-10 silicone dispersions.
EFFECT: making homogeneous and stable modified emulsions with a wide operating temperature range.
