FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of glass, which can be used as fillers for glass ionomer cements in dentistry. The method for producing strontium-aluminosilicate glasses includes charge preparation, charge placement in corundum crucibles, melting and glass production. Separate wet grinding of quartz glass for 10 hours, alumina for 6 hours and strontium carbonate for 15 minutes are preliminarily carried out, followed by mixing and averaging of suspensions of quartz glass, alumina and strontium carbonate, pouring into a corundum crucible, drying the mixture in the crucible at 105°C for 0.5 hours and cooking at 1600°C exposure at a maximum temperature of 0.5 hours.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of the final product after cooking by reducing the volatility of the charge components.
