SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a preparation containing human albumin. The medicinal product containing human albumin, the specified medicinal product contains poloxamer and fatty acids, while the molar ratio of fatty acids and human albumin in the specified preparation is 0.5–2.0:1.0, the content of poloxamer in the specified preparation is 10–100 µg poloxamer/1 g human albumin, where the said poloxamer is one or more poloxamers selected from poloxamer 188 and poloxamer 407, where the said fatty acid is one or more acids selected from myristic acid (C14:0), palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0) and oleic acid (C18:1) wherein the human albumin is human serum albumin or human recombinant albumin. A method of producing a medicinal product containing human albumin, including the following: providing human albumin, adding 10–100 μg of poloxamer per 1 g of human albumin, and adding fatty acids to achieve a molar ratio of fatty acids to human albumin equal to 0.5–2.0:1.0, where the said poloxamer is one or more poloxamers selected from poloxamer 188 and poloxamer 407, where the said fatty acid is one or more acids selected from myristic acid (C14:0), palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0); and oleic acid (C18:1) wherein the human albumin is human serum albumin or human recombinant albumin.

EFFECT: human albumin preparation described above has improved stability with a small amount of poloxamer.
