SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method of obtaining human albumen with high binding ability for application, in particular, in detoxication therapy. Method of obtaining human albumen from human blood plasma includes: a) obtaining filtrate from blood plasma, which represents albumin solution, in fact, free from insoluble residues of denatured protein and other compounds, insoluble in ethanol; b) first stage of diafiltration; c) stabilisation of product obtained at stage (b) with NaCl solution and N-acetyltryptophan without addition of fatty acids; d) pasteurisation of product obtained at stage (c); e) second stage of diafiltration until complete removal of N-acetyltriptoph with obtaining solution of human albumin.
EFFECT: method ensures obtaining solution of human albumin with inactivated viruses, which possesses high ability to binding and transfer of molecules and associated compounds, which can be used for application in detoxication therapy by removal of toxins from blood, preferably by methods of albumin infusion, plasmopheresis and albumin substitution or by means of extracorporal system.
