EFFECT: invention improves the results of treatment of pediatric patients with diastematomyelia by performing osteotomy of the vertebral arches in the projection of the bony septum of the spinal canal with the most accurate boundaries of its spatial position, reducing the trauma of surgical intervention and reducing the operation time.
