INDIVIDUAL SURGICAL TEMPLATE WITH X-RAY CONTRAST MARKS FOR THE FORMATION OF BONE CANALS IN THE VERTEBRAL BODY FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF TRANSPEDICULAR SCREWS Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61B17/17

Abstract RU 2836471 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: individual surgical template with X-ray contrast marks for the formation of bone canals in the vertebral body for the introduction of transpedicular screws has a monolithic rigid frame from biocompatible plastic, created on the basis of spinal computed tomography data using additive technologies, printed on 3D printer. Template is equipped with a support platform repeating the contours of the posterior structures of the vertebra, a hole in the frame for fixation to the spinous process with a microscrew, located coaxially to the planned trajectory of insertion of the transpedicular screws with guide tubes for the formation of channels in the vertebral body for the introduction of transpedicular screws and installed in the recesses on the frame and the top of the guide tubes with X-ray contrast marks for controlling the position of the template using X-ray imaging.

EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in patients with spinal pathologies by transpedicular fixation with the most accurate positioning of transpedicular screws using an individual surgical template with X-ray contrast marks, fixed to the spinous process of the vertebra with a microscrew.
