SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pool cleaner having a rotatable and detachable hose assembly, and methods of using the same. Acceleration of the device is achieved by the fact that the pool cleaner is designed to clean the pool, and the pool cleaner contains: a body having a through hole; flexible water inlet hose; a hydraulic drive unit including a water inlet; at least one traction unit operatively connected to the drive unit; and a connection assembly extending through the through hole of the housing and including an upper end in fluid communication with the water inlet hose and a lower end in fluid communication with the water inlet; wherein the pool cleaner has: a rotatable configuration in which the flexible water inlet hose and the connector assembly are connected together and rotatable together with respect to the body; and a locked configuration, in which one of the connection assembly and the water inlet hose is a locked component made without the possibility of rotation relative to the body, and the other of the connection assembly and the water inlet hose is a rotatable component made with the possibility of rotation relative to the body, wherein the connection assembly and the water the inlet hose is selectively connected together by rotating the rotatable component relative to the locked component in the locked configuration, also the technical result is achieved by the fact that the pool cleaner is configured to clean the pool, and the pool cleaner includes: a body having a through hole; flexible water inlet hose; a hydraulic drive unit including a water inlet; at least one traction unit operatively connected to the drive unit; and a connection assembly extending through the through hole of the housing and including an upper end in fluid communication with the water inlet hose and a lower end in fluid communication with the water inlet; moreover, the connecting node has: a rotatable configuration in which the lower end of the connecting node is rotatable relative to the water inlet; and a locked configuration, in which the lower end of the connection assembly is made without the possibility of rotation relative to the water inlet, and the water inlet hose is made with the possibility of rotation relative to the upper end of the connection assembly, and the technical result is achieved by methods of using such variants of pool cleaners.
