SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pool cleaners, and in particular to a pool cleaner having a detachable brush assembly and methods of using the same. The technical result is the ability to quickly replace a worn brush. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the pool cleaner is made with the ability to clean the pool, and the pool cleaner contains: a body; drive unit; a transmission assembly operatively connected to the drive assembly, the transmission assembly including a brush gear; at least one traction unit operatively connected to the transfer unit and configured to transport the housing throughout the pool; a setting rod connected to the brush gear; a clamp supported on a mounting rod; and a brush assembly releasably connected to the body; moreover, the pool cleaner has: a ready configuration in which the mounting rod is exposed through the clamp and is configured to receive the brush assembly; a loading configuration in which the brush assembly is located opposite the mounting rod; and a locked configuration, in which the clamp holds the brush assembly against the setting rod in such a way that the rotation of the brush gear is transmitted to the brush assembly through the setting rod, the technical result is also achieved in that the pool cleaner is configured to clean the pool, and the pool cleaner comprises: a housing having heel; drive unit; a transmission assembly operatively connected to the drive assembly, the transmission assembly including a brush gear; at least one traction unit operatively connected to the transfer unit and configured to transport the housing throughout the pool; brush knot; a locating bar supported by the fifth body, the locating bar extending outward to engage with the brush gear and inward to support the brush assembly; a clamp rotatable between the first configuration, in which the brush assembly is movable relative to the location rod, and the second configuration, in which the brush assembly is attached to the location rod in such a way that the rotation of the brush gear is transmitted to the brush assembly through the location rod, and the technical result is achieved by a method of using such pool cleaner.
