FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to surgical instruments. Composite surgical stapling instrument comprises a disposable end effector and a surgical instrument. Disposable end effector comprises a distal connecting portion. Connecting section comprises locking recess and longitudinal guide rail. Surgical instrument comprises a proximal connecting portion and a rotator cuff. Proximal connecting portion is configured to receive a distal connecting portion. Distal connecting section is movable between the non-inserted position and inserted position relative to the proximal connecting section. Proximal connecting portion comprises a longitudinal guide groove adapted to receive the longitudinal guide rail as the distal connecting portion moves between the non-inset position and the inserted position. Rotary cuff is rotatable relative to the proximal connecting portion between the locked position and the unlocked position. Collar is displaced to the blocked position and is made with possibility to turn from the locked position to the unlocked position. Distal connecting section causes rotation of the rotary cuff from the locked position to the unlocked position at movement of the distal connecting section from the uninserted position to the inserted position. Cuff comprises a stopper that can move into the blocking recess when the cuff is turned from the unlocked position to the locked position when the distal connecting section is in the inserted position. In a second embodiment, the composite surgical stapling instrument comprises the above disposable end effector and a surgical instrument. Disposable end effector comprises a distal connecting portion. Connecting section comprises key and locking recess. Surgical instrument comprises a proximal connecting portion, a trigger rod and a rotator cuff. Collar contains a groove and a stopper. In the third embodiment, the composite surgical stapling instrument comprises the above described disposable end effector and a surgical instrument. Disposable end effector comprises a distal connecting portion which includes a trigger, a locking recess, a key and a longitudinal guide rail. Surgical instrument comprises a trigger rod, a rotator, a proximal connecting portion and a rotator cup. In the fourth embodiment, the composite surgical stapling instrument comprises a surgical instrument, an end effector and a rotary device for automatic connection of the end effector to the trunk.
EFFECT: inventions allow tissue cutting and suturing.
