FIELD: medicine, operative urogynecology.
SUBSTANCE: semi-rigid ureterorenoscope is fixed in the robotic module, after which the operating surgeon remotely controls it using a joystick. The ureterorenoscope is passed through the urethra to the bladder, then to the mouth of the ureter, then along the ureter to the stone located in the urinary tract. A saline solution is fed through the ureterorenoscope, a laser fiber is passed through the channel, and then fixed. Next, the stone is crushed by laser energy, after crushing is completed, the ureterorenoscope is removed in the reverse order.
EFFECT: method provides a reduction in the time of the operation and a decrease in the risk of early and late postoperative complications.
