FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: portable manipulator for milking cows contains milk flow sensor (1) and a detachable connection, milking machine (8), connected by cord (5) to pneumatic cylinder (2). The cord is attached to the lever interacting with the valve, and contains latch (11) interacting with the spring-loaded stopper of the locking mechanism. The float chamber of the milk flow sensor contains a float, which, by means of a U-shaped rod, a rod, and a lever, is connected to a shaft, to which a flag is attached on one side, interacting with the bracket, and a plate with a magnet interacting with reed switches (38, 39), which are located in cover (37) of control unit (36), is attached on the other side. The float chamber contains a cylindrical rod with a protrusion, and the cylindrical rod forms a calibrated slot with the bottom of the float chamber. Pneumoelectric valves (26, 27) are made in the form of a working chamber containing an electric valve and an opening connecting it to the atmosphere, as well as an opening normally closed by the electric valve, connecting it to constant vacuum distributor (33). The working chamber of one pneumoelectric valve is connected to the milking mechanism of teat cup (15), and the other - to a pneumatic cylinder. Milking mechanism (16) of each teat cup contains bellows (17) made of outer and inner corrugations attached to the upper and the lower covers. The upper cover is rigidly attached to the sleeve of the teat cup, and the lower one is movable and contains two rods, which are connected, by means of hinges, to the stop interacting with the near-teat space. Piston (3) of the pneumatic cylinder contains guide (4).

EFFECT: improved efficiency of machine milking in linear milking installations.
