FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: clamp for a mitral heart valve with a locking mechanism includes a first clamping lever, a second clamping lever, a connecting member, a push-in and pull-out device, and a locking device. The locking device is compatible with the connecting member, the locking device includes a locking head and a self-locking rod, and the connecting member is pivotally connected to the first clamping arm and the second clamping arm, respectively. The clamping arm includes a long arm and a short arm, the end of the long arm is pivotally connected to the ejection and retraction device, and the end of the short arm is provided with a locking portion. When the ejection and retraction device is operated such that the angle formed between the long arm of the first clamp lever and the long arm of the second clamp lever is in an open state, the locking portion of the first clamp lever and the locking portion of the second clamp lever are in an offset joining state. When the ejection and retraction device is operated such that the angle formed between the long arm of the first clamping lever and the long arm of the second clamping lever is in a closed state, the locking device is moved such that the locking head cooperates with the locking portion to lock it. The locking head is a self-expanding support member, and the locking head is configured to cooperate with the locking portion to effect locking. The locking head has a cone design, spindle design, diamond design, prismatic design or arrow design. The blocking part contains an arcuate segment.
