FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to devices intended for producing thrombocyte fractions of blood plasma. Apparatus for producing thrombocyte fractions of blood plasma in a closed cycle comprises two syringes with cylindrical bodies of different diameters. Syringes are made of a transparent material. First syringe has a piston, the rod of which is connected to it by means of a threaded joint. Piston handle has a wide stable base, made with possibility of stable placement of syringe on surface after whole blood sampling and after centrifugation before connection of second syringe. External surface of the body of the first syringe is marked with a circular mark corresponding to an upper edge of the piston after blood sampling, wherein the circular mark is arranged so that the piston is made with possibility of further displacement until the stop in the base of the syringe body. Distal ends of the first and second syringes have external threaded connections corresponding to internal threaded connections of the cylindrical transparent adapter between them, catheters and caps. Adapter case outer surface has a circular mark corresponding to upper blood level in first syringe after unprocessed and thrombocyte-enriched fractions are transferred into second syringe.

EFFECT: described is a device for producing thrombocyte fractions of blood plasma.
