FIELD: food industry; agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a functional multilayer covering material for isolating the composting process of food and agricultural industry waste from the environment, as well as eliminating pollutant emissions. Multilayer membrane material for use in cold conditions at temperatures below zero degrees for composting, consists of an upper outer layer of polyester fabric with an ultraviolet absorber, an inner layer of membrane fabric made of polytetrafluoroethylene, a lower outer layer of polyester fabric coated with a fluorine-containing hydrophobic coating. It additionally contains a layer of threads of a self-regulating heated cable located between the inner layer of the membrane fabric and the lower outer layer of polyester fabric, while the threads of a self-regulating heated cable located perpendicular to the direction of opening-closing of the covering material, the ends of which are connected by a flexible copper cable located along the edges of the material parallel to the direction of opening-closing of the material and connected by flexible copper cables, and on the upper outer layer of the polyester fabric there is graphic information on the permissible direction of opening-closing of the material and the location of the connecting cables.

EFFECT: invention provides for the creation of a functional covering material that provides protection from ultraviolet radiation, freezing and embrittlement of the material, which has the function of increasing its temperature at times that require material flexibility, namely, opening and closing collars, as well as thawing ice from the surface.
