SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in the chemical industry, in particular in the technology of flotation desliming of sylvinite ores. The method of flotation desliming of sylvinite ore includes its crushing, grinding to a fraction of a given size, conditioning the ore suspension with a flocculant reagent and a collector reagent, carrying out the process of sludge froth flotation with subsequent separation of froth and chamber flotation products. Before conditioning the ore suspension with reagents, ultrasonic treatment of the flocculant reagent is carried out, which is used as a 0.1% aqueous solution of polyacrylamide, which is then introduced into the ore suspension, and conditioning is carried out, after which the reagent-collector is introduced into the ore suspension, as which a 2% aqueous solution of primary ethoxylated amines is used, and conditioning is continued. Ultrasonic treatment of the solution of the reagent-flocculating agent is carried out with a frequency of 22±1.65 kHz, 168-420 W, lasting at least 90 seconds. The flocculant reagent is used in an amount of at least 10.5 g/t of ore. The reagent-collector is used in an amount of at least 20 g/t of ores.
EFFECT: increase in the flocculating capacity of the flocculant reagent, as well as an increase in the efficiency of sludge flotation.
