SUBSTANCE: invention concerns an agent on basis of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) for normalising balance of estrogen and androgen in body, characterised by that it contains micronised powder of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) with particle size from 1 to 5 mcm, or its microemulsion with particle size from 2 to 5 mcm and natural chitosan biocompatible nanostructured gel containing DHEA from 5 to 10 mg in 1 ml. Agent is used for menopausal women, as well as for percutaneous administration for elderly.

EFFECT: invention provides improved clinical values in patients of either sex.
