FIELD: antenna.
SUBSTANCE: intended for the construction of planar antennas with the possibility of receiving and transmitting microwave signals of orthogonal linear polarizations used in multi-channel wireless broadband systems and automotive control, tracking, security systems, including high-resolution road radars. The inventive antenna consists of a printed circuit board, on which the first antenna array with electric type emitters and the second antenna array with magnetic type emitters are applied, located above the common reflector at a distance of about a quarter of the wavelength of the center frequency of the operating range. The first and second antenna arrays are separated from each other by a distance, the minimum value of which is determined by the dimensions of the power distribution system, or by a distance, the maximum value of which is selected depending on the minimum specified inter-channel isolation on demand. The antenna arrays are connected to a common ground area via quarter-wave short-circuited stubs to provide on-demand static discharge. Each antenna array is equipped with a separate non-equilibrium power distribution system, galvanically connected to a microstrip excitation line of electric type emitters and a slotted excitation line of magnetic type emitters by means of capacitive front coupling. The antenna is fed through a coaxial line, balancing device and power distribution system.
EFFECT: ensuring the simultaneous reception and transmission of signals of linear orthogonal polarization at a level of inter-channel isolation of at least 35 dB, ensuring operability in a continuous wide or ultra-wide frequency band.
