SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to a cartridge (1) for storing a liquid (L) for medical purposes and for supplying it to the pump unit of an inhalation device, a holder (2) of a cartridge (1), an inhalation device for delivering a liquid for medical purposes in the form of an aerosol, a method of providing pressure compensation in the inner part containing the deformable inner bag, the outer container (3) of the cartridge (1), the use of an inhalation device. The cartridge (1) contains an outer container (3), which contains a deformable inner bag (4), and a nozzle (5) made with the possibility of closing the outer container (3). The nozzle (5) additionally provides an opening (6) made with the possibility of opening for access to the inner bag (4). The outer container (3) of the cartridge (1) has a pressure compensation hole (7) located in the area (8) of the outer container (3) closed by the nozzle (5). The holder (2) is made with the possibility of detachable connection with the cartridge (1) by clamping its nozzle (5). The inhalation device is configured to hold or receive a cartridge and includes a holder for holding the cartridge. In the method, first, before connecting the cartridge (1) to the holder (2), the pressure compensation hole (7) is closed, and then, when the cartridge (1) is connected to the holder (2), by mechanical deformation (i) of the pressure compensation hole containing the area of the outer container (3), and/or (ii) the area covering the pressure compensation hole, nozzles (5), provide an air gap (9), which allows to equalize the pressure of the inner part containing the specified bag with the ambient pressure. The invention is used for the treatment, stabilization or prevention of the onset of a pulmonary disease or condition in a subject in need thereof, by inhalation of an aerosol medical fluid to the said subject. A medical liquid in aerosol form is produced and administered to the said subject by means of an inhalation device containing a cartridge (1) and a holder (2) for the specified cartridge.

EFFECT: provision of a longer storage time for an already opened cartridge when it is not in use.
