SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to monitor the underwater situation in the direction of movement of the underwater carrier, detect obstacles potentially dangerous for navigation in a given viewing sector and determine the movement parameters (range and radial velocity) of underwater objects. Essence: the claimed device contains analogue-to-digital converters, digital generators of quadrature signal components, combined filters, a directivity shaper with weight processing in the spatial domain, calculators of signal modules, determinants of signal maximum moments, calculators of object parameters and an object selection block. The listed components of the claimed device are interconnected in a certain way.
EFFECT: increased signal-to-noise ratio and range resolution of the sonar when working with moving targets.
