SUBSTANCE: extraction bag 1A includes bag body 3 formed from water-permeable filter sheet 2, thin plate element 10 provided on an outer surface of bag body 3, and an extractable material filling bag body 3. Bag body 3 has the first surface 3A and the second surface 3B opposite each other, and the upper side 4A corresponding to the edges of the first and second surfaces. Thin plate element 10 includes the first element 10A on the first surface 3A of the bag body and the second element 10B on the second surface 3B of the bag body, and said 10A and 10B are connected to each other through the first horizontal fold line Lh1 running along the top side 4a. Thin plate element 10 includes a pair of elongated regions 12, opposite each other, located on the left and right sides of central connected part 11 of the first element 10A, which are provided on both sides of the first element 10A and the second element 10B and are made with the possibility of pulling them away from the main part of the bag. Vertical fold line Lv1 along which the pair of elongated regions 12 can be drawn is also included.
EFFECT: possibility of distributing hot water throughout the material to be extracted in the main part of the bag in order to easily obtain an extraction liquid having a sufficient concentration.
