SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for preparing a brewed product, having an a la carte capsule containing extractable material, and an extraction apparatus for preparing a brewed product from an extractable material contained in a portion capsule, the extraction apparatus comprising an injector for introducing a brewing fluid into the portion capsule and an extractor for extracting the extraction product from the portion capsule, the injector and the extractor forming between them a receiving cavity for the portion capsule and configured to move from each other to insert the portion of the capsule into the receiving cavity and move to each other for fixing the receiving capsule.
EFFECT: extractor has a pressing device, by means of which it is possible to press the wall of the portion capsule facing the extractor inserted into the receiving cavity, in the direction of the inside of the capsule to compact the extractable material contained in the portion capsule, before the injector injects the brewing fluid into the portion capsule.
