SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for packaging concentrated products in predetermined and single doses, intended for the rapid preparation of beverages (such as tea, coffee, herbal teas, milk, chocolate, etc.) by introducing liquid under pressure into the capsule itself. The capsule (1) contains a pusher for the disk (5) which is located in the bottom (3), containing at least a central section (83), which is crushed inside the cup (2) under the action of a pressure force applied from the outside. This capsule is characterized in that the inner sealing disc (5) is attached to the edge (360) by means of a detachable weld, and in that the collapse of the intermediate section (82) pushes the disc (5) which, by lifting, is detached from the edge (360), thereby forming a channel (P) to the outlet of the capsule.
EFFECT: providing greater control during opening, as well as simpler and less costly production with the achievement of similar characteristics in terms of the quality of the brewed beverage.
