SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of building materials and in other sectors of industry. Centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical housing 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 pipes, counter-rotating top 4 and bottom 5 discs. Bottom disc 5 is made of cone spreader 7 in the center, to the lower part of the upper surface of which a conical ring 8 is rigidly attached. On the upper surface of the cone spreader 7 and the cone ring 8 radial grooves are made, 9 and 10 respectively, of trapezoidal cross section with large base at the top, symmetrically located in the plan. On the upper surface of the conical ring 8 at the upper edge 11 of the rear sidewall 12 of each radial groove 10 a radial rib 13 of rectangular cross section is rigidly attached in the direction of rotation of the lower disk 5. On the lower inclined surface of the upper conical disc, radial ribs of rectangular cross section are rigidly fixed with a constant vertical technological gap to the radial ribs of the conical ring. Vertical gap between the lower inclined surface of the upper conical disk and the upper surface of the conical ring decreases evenly from (1,1… 1,2)Dmax and to (0,1… 0,5)Dmax where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. Height of the radial rib on the upper surface of the conical ring, and the depth and width of the upper base of each radial groove decrease uniformly from the center to the periphery of the conical ring from (0,1… 0,5)Dmax up to sizes that decrease in proportion to the decrease in the vertical gap between the lower inclined surface of the upper conical disk and the upper surface of the conical ring.
