SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing sodium nucleinate nanocapsules in kappa-carrageenan. A method of producing nanocapsules of sodium nucleinate in kappa-carrageenan, characterized by the following: kappa-carrageenan is used as the shell, and sodium nucleinate is used as the core at a core:shell mass ratio of 1:3, or 1:2, or 1:1, sodium nucleinate is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in benzene in the presence of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 800 rpm, then fluorobenzene is added as a precipitant, the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to obtain nanocapsules of sodium nucleinate in kappa-carrageenan with 100% yield.
