SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing sodium nucleinate nanocapsules in sodium alginate. A method of producing nanocapsules of sodium nucleinate in sodium alginate, characterized by the following: sodium alginate is used as the shell, and sodium nucleinate is used as the core, at a mass ratio of core:shell 1:3, or 1:2, or 1:1, according to the claim sodium nucleinate is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in petroleum ether in the presence of E472c as a surfactant with stirring at 800 rpm, then freon-112 is added as a precipitant, the resulting suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to obtain nanocapsules of sodium nucleinate in sodium alginate with 100% yield.
