SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for emergency colonoscopy in case of obstructive colonic obstruction, preparation of the colon for surgery, in case of severe constipation in people who have serious problems with defecation. The device for emptying the large intestine includes a drive axle containing a handle for driving the axis into rotation at one end, and at the other one — an output end. At the output end, a screw is detachably mounted by means of a corresponding recess, containing a rod, on the outer surface of which helical blades are placed. An adjusting sleeve is mounted on the drive axle and is rotatable around the drive axis. At least on a part of its outer surface, the adjusting sleeve contains an external thread, and at the end there is a locking flange. The external thread of the adjusting sleeve is configured to interact with the internal thread of the external sleeve to enable adjustment of the screw output. The outer sleeve is connected to the outlet placed around the screw and made in the form of a cylindrical pipe bent downwards, and a retainer is installed on the surface of the outer sleeve, made with the possibility of interacting with the locking flange of the adjusting sleeve. The drive axis, the outlet end and the screw shaft include a common longitudinal channel for supplying water through it. At least one outlet hole is made at the end of the screw rod. A water supply pipe is installed on the outer sleeve. The common longitudinal channel is connected to the water supply pipe through the receiving channel in the drive axis.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to simplify the process of excretion and removal of feces from the large intestine.
