FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to nickel-based cast heat-resistant alloys intended for casting parts of the hot path of gas turbine engines and installations, for example, single-crystal turbine blades operating in a gaseous medium at high voltages and temperatures up to 1100°C. Nickel-based heat-resistant cast alloy contains, wt %: tantalum 7.5-8.5, chromium 7.0-8.0, cobalt 6.0-7.0, tungsten 5.0-6.0, aluminum 5 .0-5.6, molybdenum 1.5-2.5, titanium 1.0-2.0, magnesium up to 0.05, at least two elements from the group: lanthanum, yttrium, gadolinium and erbium, nickel - the rest .
EFFECT: increase in long-term strength at temperatures of 900-1000°C is provided with a simultaneous increase in resistance to gas corrosion, low-cycle fatigue at T=650°C and high-cycle fatigue at T=20°C, as well as an increase in the structural stability of the alloy for a resource.
