SUBSTANCE: invention is a canine influenza virus with a polynucleotide encoding hemagglutinin (HA), containing the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 33 or SEQ ID NO: 34 or an amino acid sequence having more than 95% identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 34 or SEQ ID NO: 34, wherein the said HA protein comprises serine at position 82, leucine at position 221, threonine at position 327 and threonine at position 482 of the amino acid sequence, as well as a canine virus vaccine containing influenza virus.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the induction of an immune response in an animal.
