FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, physical and rehabilitation medicine. Patient’s sex, waist circumference, systolic blood pressure and heart rate are determined, and “double product” is calculated by the indicators of which. Complications in the form of chronic heart failure of II functional class according to NYHA classification are determined. Activated partial thromboplastin time is determined in blood serum. Echocardiography is performed and Teicholz ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic volume are determined. Coronary angiography is used to localize coronary artery involvement: the mouth and trunk of the anterior descending left coronary artery, a proximal segment of the anterior descending left coronary artery. Presence of autovenous or mammarocoronary bypass grafting of anterior descending left coronary artery is determined. Using the obtained values, values of functions F1, F2, F3 and F4 are determined by original formulas. By comparing the obtained values F1, F2, F3 and F4, the rehabilitation potential is determined.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of assessing the rehabilitation potential of the patient with ischemic heart disease who underwent autovenous bypass surgery, and also enables predicting the outcome of medical rehabilitation at 2nd stage and personalizing the treatment complexes by assessing the set of the most significant parameters.
