SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an orthodontic set for elimination of primary deformation of the alveolar process of the upper jaw in patients with cleft lip and palate after rhinocheiloplasty and palatoplasty. The apparatus for the upper jaw is made in the form of orthodontic rings interconnected by a palatal clasp and equipped with palatal locks for detachable connection with Quadhelix. The device for the lower jaw is made in the form of orthodontic rings connected by a lingual arch to a lingual barrier of buttoned clasps and equipped with buccal guides placed on the buccal surfaces of the rings with end hooks for installing elastic rods in the canine area connected to the lingual arch by mounting beams. Kappa on the anterior teeth is equipped with a hook for elastic traction. On the buccal surfaces of the orthodontic rings of the apparatus, tubes with end hooks for elastic traction are installed on the upper jaw.
