SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the extraction of oil from wells by rod pumps, the operation of which is complicated by the removal of mechanical impurities. The device includes a main body having holes in the side wall, and a mesh structure having interlocked layers of mesh material and mounted on the main body in such a way that mesh structure closes said openings. The main body is made with an inclined channel connected to the backup perforated body with a mesh structure mounted on the backup perforated body in such a way that the mesh material covers the backup perforated body. The inclined channel is made with a check valve consisting of a ball and a seat, while an additional ball and a limiter with a passage channel are placed in the inclined channel. The main body in the upper part is connected by means of an upper sub to the suction of a rod pump, and in the lower part the main body is connected by means of a lower sub to a centralizer made with side ribs and a circular hole, which ensures that the backup perforated body is placed parallel to the main body.

EFFECT: service life and efficiency of the filter is increased due to the uniformity of the product flow rate and the constancy of its production rate, the stabilization of the well productivity, and the efficiency with the curvature of the wellbore up to 90 degrees.
