FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of economical processing of residual stock of rectification of heavy crude oil, including stages a) of raw material supply - residual stock after oil rectification at atmospheric pressure or in vacuum, at that, 30-100% of said raw material boils above 524°C, - into facility for deasphalting with solvents SDA, thus producing flow of pyrobitumen and flow of asphalt-free oil DAO; b) processing of said flow of pyrobitumen at least in one reactor with fluidisated layer at presence of catalyst, where reactor is operated at common pressure from 10.335 to 20.670 kPa, at temperature of 399-454°C, specific hour consumption of liquid from 0.1 to 1.0 h-1 and with rate of catalyst replacement from 0.285 to 2.85 kg/m3 , or where reactor or reactors are operated at common pressure from 3445 to 20.670 kPa, at temperature of 388-438°C, specific hour consumption of liquid from 0.2 to 1.5 h-1, and with rate of catalyst replacement from 0.142 to 1.42 kg/m3 , and c) processing of said flow of asphalt free oil at least in one reactor with fluidisated layer at presence of catalyst, wherein total conversion of residual stock on stages a-c reaches more, than 65%.

EFFECT: facilitating economical processing of residual stock of heavy crude oil rectification.
