FIELD: visualization of a focused ultrasonic field of high intensity.
SUBSTANCE: device for visualizing a high-intensity focused ultrasonic field consists of a test object made of a tissue-imitating material (TIM) with the addition of a thermochromic pigment, whereas the cone-shaped test object is made detachable and consists of two halves along the generatrix of the cone, on the flat surface of the connector of one of the halves of the test object, there are thermal converters located linearly along the axis of the test object; polyurethane with a given attenuation coefficient of ultrasound in it is used as a TIM, the test object is placed in an open case filled with water from above, the inner cavity of which has a conical shape and is connected to the test object.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of measuring the field parameters of most of the known HITU emitters with a large aperture, eliminating distortions in the spatial structure of the measured field, increasing the operating time of the test object and obtaining a clearer image.
