FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, particularly to means of controlled therapy with focused high-intensity ultrasound. Device comprises an ultrasonic irradiation unit for generating focused high-intensity ultrasound, wherein the ultrasonic beam path is movable along a trajectory to apply ultrasonic energy in the target zone of the subject of interest, and a control unit for the ultrasonic radiation unit for moving the ultrasonic beam path along the trajectory and applying an ultrasonic dose to the target zone, wherein the control unit is adapted to receive temperature information of the target zone and control the ultrasonic irradiation unit based on the obtained temperature information, and control the ultrasonic irradiation unit based on the temperature of the current direction and at least one previous direction of the ultrasonic beam path along the trajectory. Device has a machine-readable medium for upgrading the device. Ultrasonic treatment system comprises an ultrasonic treatment device and a diagnostic imaging device for providing temperature information of the target zone of the subject of interest, wherein the control unit of the ultrasonic treatment device is configured to receive temperature information from the diagnostic imaging device. Ultrasonic treatment method is carried out by means of the device.
EFFECT: use of inventions widens the range of means for heating with focused ultrasound radiation.
