SUBSTANCE: group of inventions generally relates to the treatment of infectious diseases. More specifically, the claimed group of inventions relates to ophthalmology and can be used in the treatment of resistant acute endophthalmitis. In the first version of the claimed group of inventions, a drug for the treatment of resistant acute endophthalmitis is proposed, containing a conjugate of quantum dots selected from the following group: CdTe/Cd, InP/ZnSe/ZnS, with an anti-infective agent selected from the following group: Vancomycin, Ceftazidime, Amphotericin, Voriconazole. The method of obtaining a medicinal product is characterized by taking the initial aqueous solution of quantum dots, diluting by titration with a balanced salt solution, then diluting the anti-infective agent, after which the resulting solutions are combined by adding the solution of quantum dots to the anti-infective agent solution, and final centrifugation. Further, in the claimed group of inventions, a method of the treatment of resistant acute endophthalmitis is proposed, including the introduction at least once into the vitreal cavity of a drug containing a conjugate of quantum dots selected from the following group: CdTe/Cd, InP/ZnSe/ZnS, with an anti-infective agent selected from the following group: Vancomycin, Ceftazidime, Amphotericin, Voriconazole.

EFFECT: claimed invention allows to expand the arsenal of agents for combating resistant acute endophthalmitis.
