FIELD: processing of metals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used for bending elongated workpieces. The machine has a roller bending die (2) with a clamping device (3) configured to hold one end of the elongated workpiece to be bent. The bending die (2) is made with a central hole (5) and with a profile (6) in the form of a groove. It supports a plate element (18) installed centrally and coaxially in the profile (6) in the form of a groove. The plate element (18) oscillates around the axis (y) of the stamp (2) and has a peripheral edge (19) which continues the profile (6) in the form of a groove. The plate element consists of at least two parts (20, 21), which are made with the possibility of connection with each other after the surrounding of the bending die (2).
EFFECT: it is possible to bend the elongated workpiece without wrinkling in the right and left directions using a roller bending die in the form of a single part.
