In the automatic target tracking system comprising a device that generates a signal for the deviation of the control object from the direction to the target, mechanically connected to the control object, as well as a series-connected preamplifier, power amplifier, actuator motor, the output of which is mechanically connected with the control object, the following are introduced: the first and second switches, the first and second scale amplifiers, the first and second adders, the first and second switching units, the clock delay element.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality due to the implementation of a semi-automatic guidance mode in the system for the operator to search for a target with the subsequent transfer of the device to the automatic target tracking mode without losing the target when the mode changes.
