FIELD: medicine; resuscitation.
SUBSTANCE: victim is moved for cardiopulmonary resuscitation and chest compression with free access to the victim from both sides, which is implemented by two resuscitators. The victim is placed in the starting position on a flat hard surface with his back down, followed by the external physical impact of the rescuers on the victim. A feature of these methods is a set of actions to perform a manoeuvre to remove the victim from an unsuitable surface to the floor.
EFFECT: method provides effective resuscitation measures (chest compression and cardiopulmonary resuscitation), reduction of time to normalization of hemodynamic parameters and exclusion of trauma to the patient, which could aggravate their and the rescuers’ condition.
