The claimed “ПАБ-2А” director nozzle consists of a body with beveled dovetail edges, in which two LEDs are connected by hot soldering: to illuminate the director grid and the director itself, a switch, and battery contacts. The nozzle is fixed on the bar of the director monocular above the window, to illuminate the director grid and when operating with the “ПАБ-2А” artillery director at dusk or at night, the illumination of the director grid and the “ПАБ-2А” director itself is turned on.

EFFECT: illumination of the monocular reticle of the director and the “ПАБ-2А” director itself when pointing optical instruments at the director during low visibility combat missions, reducing the time to 2 minutes when transferring the director from the traveling position to the combat position and back.
