SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-invasive diagnostics of Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC). Visualization of the examined zones is carried out in 3 stages with the identification of such parameters as the blood flow velocity in the branches of the mesenteric arteries, the thickness of the mucous membrane and the presence of a blue hard or mosaic type of the colon wall during ultrasound elastography. In the presence of smoothness of the haustra, tuberosity of the contours, the thickness of the colon wall more than 5 mm, the thickness of the mucous layer more than 3 mm, the submucosal layer more than 2 mm, the fuzziness of the layers of the mucosa, the increase in blood flow velocity more than 10.0 cm/s, the enlargement of the lymph nodes more than 10 cm, the presence of fluid in the abdominal cavity and type I elastography, CD is diagnosed. In case of smoothness of the haustra, even contours of the mucosa, the thickness of the walls of the colon up to 5 mm, the thickness of the mucosa up to 3 mm, the submucosa — up to 2 mm and a decrease in its echogenicity, the absence of narrowing of the intestinal lumen, an increase in blood flow velocity up to 10.0 cm/s, an increase lymph nodes up to 10 mm and the presence of type 2 BA elastography — soft elasticity with mosaic, UC is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method enables early correction of the patient's treatment tactics, personalized approach to the choice of treatment and leveling of possible complications by conducting early differential diagnosis of CD and UC by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
